i been having little bit of dry lips and i notice my back of my tongue is kinda white and have red bumps as i see the 4. any worries? any suggestions?

Nothing major: Nothing major going on here. You are seeing your salivary glands on the tongue more than likely. Could have thrush/a yeast, based upon the white color, but if its not a scrapable coating likely non specific and nothing to worry about.

: Those are Fordyce granules. Normal sebaceous glands, Leave them alone. No lip licking, smoking or alcohol. There many available lip balms on the market.

Dry Lips: Avoid licking your lips (if you do).  Moisten your lips with water, and then apply a lip balm or ointment regularly.  It is most effective at keeping the moisture in the lips.  If your symptoms persist in spite of these actions, then see your doctor.
