I have dry lips.i bought new lip balm(with beeswax) last week& after a week i noticed 2 very tiny white pimples(1on lower &1on upper lip).they dont hurt.i squeezed 1 but the other is visible only when stretching the lip.can this be related to balm?

Those are Fordyce granules. Normal sebaceous glands, Leave them alone. No lip licking, smoking or alcohol. There many available lip balms on the market.
