Hi, i noticed a little white bump on my lip this morning & i wondered if this could be a start of a coldsore? i've never had a coldsore before and i haven't been sexually active in over 6 months. i do however suffer from dry lips & constant rubbing.

Observation: diagnosis will require direct observation. Generallly speaking, a common cold sore ( fever blister ) is a burning affair with blistering appearance of fluid filled vessivles.
