Almost all: Any autoimmune condition can affect the nose usually with discolored drainage and congestion. The typical appearance is superficial yellow to bloody crusting affecting the nearly the entire nasal lining.  Nothing about the appearance points to a specific diagnosis. Wegeners granulomatosis is more likely to cause cartilage destruction.  Treat with saline rinses, topical steroids sprays, sesame oil.

f/u to last post. i have 4 chronic autoimmune diseases. ch50 was flagged as high but ive had these diseases for a while. if c3 and 4 are normal but ch50 is high, what other tests can be done to determine cause of high ch50?

: It is very unlikely to have 4 autoimmune diseases. Have all and any tests ordered by your MD explained to you as she/he knows the reason for ordering them

Many: but not likely from an autoimmune disease which usually affects the lung tissue and not the airways if it happens at all. Chronic sinusitis and asthma would be on the top of the list. Have you had a lung function test or CT chest scan yet?  Has your chronic sinusitis cleared since the surgery (which is only about 50% successful for chronic sinusitis).?  Have you seen an allergist or pulmonologist?

my girlfriend has too high allergy values in her blood test, can this thing related to a chronic infection or autoimmune disease like ms?

Not that way: Does she have ms?  She could also possess seasonal allergies.  Both should be treated.  However, presence of ms does not cause various allergic reactions in blood tests.

: The immune system is complex and a better label is "atopy", or other than normal response by your skin to the environment. Although it is related to the autoimmune diseases I would consider it a 3rd cousin, not a real representative of this broad category of conditions.

Chronic sinusitis: Patient with immunodeficiency are prone to recurrent sinusitis caused by bacteria or fungus. See ENT doctor for culture, ct scan and treatment.

Unlikely: Am not aware of any affect of chronic granulomatous disease on uterine fibroids.

Throat pain: Once the common things are excluded and symptoms persist, then one should consider less common causes of throat pain such as autoimmune diseases, achalasia, or ulcerations. Blood tests can only go so far, and endoscopy with possible biopsy may be needed to find an explanation.

seen rheumatologist coz of dry eyes n multiple joint pain. doc said i have no autoimmune disease without doing any blood test. how can he be so sure?

Dry eyes: Great question. Autoimmune diseases sometimes are diagnosed by history but more often a complete panel of blood tests are required.
