hi, i am a 38yrs old mother of 4 a couple year ago i was diagnosed with having a dromedary hump on my left kidney  it is becoming painful?

Hump: Is it on the skin in the kidney area? If so, it is probably lipoma.

i have a diagnosis of rounded appearing isoechoic mass at mid pole on kidney measuring 2.8 cm.  what are the chances it is dromedary hump vs renal mas?

Isoechoic means: that altho "separate" from kidney tissue it's echo "appearance" is that of the kidney itself..thus the "dromedary hump" a NORMAL FOLDING of the edge of the organ. 
Your ordering Medical Professional  must decide if further testing is indicated!!!
However it does not sound serious...

kidney ultrasound shows stones, what to do?

that depends: If they are not causing symptoms, probably nothing should be done at this time. If they are very large or causing obstruction, a urologist should be consulted for possible extraction or lithotripsy. Also- you should consider seeing a urologist anyway to have a complete metabolic work-up to see why you form stones. There may be treatments available to reduce the formation of future stones.

when having a ultrasound on kidneys what does the colors mean?

Blood flow: Colors are genertaed during an ultrasound exam by software that detects motion occuring within the ultrasound beam.  Standard colors are red and blue designated movement either towards the bam or away from the beam. Asdditional color gradients can indicate velocity and turbulence in the flow. Color in a kidney ultrasound indicates blood flow.

ultrasound level 2 showed swollen kidney. what could cause this?

Blockage vs infxn: A swollen kidney may be due to either a distal blockage or infection of the kidney or any part of the urinary tract system. 
Was there any mention in the report if the renal collecting system was dilated? What additional tests are they doing for you?

in an ultrasound, my right kidney measured 11x5.5x4.5 cm and left 5.5x5x4.7 cm. is this a concern? 33yr male, imaging done in 2010

Why was the imaging in 2010 performed?

Do you have any chronic medical conditions or history of kidney problems? (in your adult life or childhood)

does loss of cm differentiation on kidney ultrasound only indicate a chronic problem or can it be acute too? or is it non-specific?

: It reflects the scarring or fibrotic change of the renal parenchyma (the functioning part of the kidney) which takes months to years to develop, i.e. chronic.

Here are some...: Need more info on general/specific history which was associated with why you got US of kidneys so to deduce the clinical significance of the asymmetric thickening on the anterior aspect of left kidney, although in reality it could be just a normal variation. If you need further evaluation with repeating US in 6-12 mons or a CT to further delineate what it may be, that should be decided by you &amp; Dr

my kidney function was not so good 5 months ago, but still in normal range, now on ultrasound, one kidney is 100mm and other 90mm, is this normal?

Normal size: The renal length varies with height and weight and decreases slowly with age. Right kidney is usually slightly smaller than the Left. Normal size ranges from 9-12 cm (90-120 mm)  and the difference in size should not exceed 2 cm. **So the size of the kidneys is normal. Besides size the texture of the kidney(Its "Ecogenicity") is often increased in chronic renal disease.

today it is rt. 9.7 x 3.7, lt 9.7 x 3.8 
is this normal pls help?

It is most: likely OK and related to technical variations between the scans, but talk to your doc to make sure.
