Isoechoic means: that altho "separate" from kidney tissue it's echo "appearance" is that of the kidney itself..thus the "dromedary hump" a NORMAL FOLDING of the edge of the organ. Your ordering Medical Professional must decide if further testing is indicated!!! However it does not sound serious... Hope this is helpful Dr Z
