how can it be harmful for an alzheimer's patient to forget eating, drinking water or going to the bathroom? can they continue eating till they get glut?

Dementia:  A person can die if they don't drink water (or other beverages) and eat food.  I don't know what is meant by "glut"?

haven't gone to the bathroom for 4 days (regularly go 2 a day). have eaten fibers, been drinking water. constipated and bloated. help?

Sounds like severe: constipation and need fast relief. Try fleet saline enema. Ask help from the pharmacist about how to use it. After relief take metamucil and use stool softener so this does not happen again. If fleet saline does not work to to ER.

More water!: if your stools are very dry,  you most likely need more water.   the body prioritizes -- every cell needs water to function.   if water supply is low your body will use what it has for your systems that Must function -- like your brain and heart -- leaving your GI system dry.

In moderation: Drinking water after eating is fine - as long as it is not excessive.  If one is overweight, drinking water before meals can help reduce overeating during meals.

my 2year old son has a fever of 39.2, its his first day of fever should i wait and treat him at home for 1 more day or should i consult a doctor immediately. he dont want to eat but he is drinking water and juice, and is always tired?

Call Pediatrician: Best to call his doctor, if he has a fever and seems tired and not eating. 
He needs to be evaluated. 
Possibly checked for Covid, ear infections, strep throat, pneumonia, hand foot mouth disease, uti amongst other causes.

i am 25 with bmi=24 and since 2 months i am experiencing excessive burping . it mostly happens immediately after drinking water or having a meal. 3 years ago i was diagnosed with ibs and common labs were fine. any futher investigations required ?

: The burping may be due to you swallowing air when you eat or drink. You may wish to consult a speech therapist to evaluate your swallowing. The name notwithstanding, speech therapists also evaluate swallowing.

how do i incorporate drinking 8 cups of water without having to go to the bathroom constantly at school?

Time: Drink one before you leave for school, one with breakfast, one before lunch, one with lunch, one after lunch, two after school then one with dinner.  Avoid caffeine because that can make you urinate more.

Maybe (not) . . .: You didn't mention how many bottles you consume nor the size of said water bottle. So, yes, it's possible that perhaps you're not drinking enough water. I typically recommend drinking enough to make you void (pee) clear urine.

Urine: Dark urine is not in any way a symptom of a disease.

Urologist: You may have a structural or neurologic problem causing your difficulty urinating. An evaluation by a urologist is the best way to find out what the problem is.
