i started using the progesterone cream from day 12 to 26. my hair loss stopped as long as i used the progesterone cream but 2-3 days after i stopped, my hair loss came back, i am feeling fatigue, and experience brain fog again?

Hair loss: Hair loss due to hormonal fluctuations usually needs to be treated long term. Talk to your Dr in a video consult to determine if the progesterone needs to be continued for longer than one month.

what is the safest time frame for a bone to completely heal from a taylor's bunionectmy without questioning whether to start walking on your foot?

Bone healing: For a typical healthy patient it usually takes 6-8 weeks for bone to heal fully.  If you do have an osteotomy (bone cut) this can be the expected recovery time.  If it i'd simply a bone shaving you may be able to walk 2-3 days after surgery.

broken fibula & tibia in 99. leg length discrepancy of 1.5" but only tibia is short. fibula bowing. problems feet up. pursue taylor spatial frame?

Other options?: You're 30 and no longer growing, problem won't get worse. A 3/4" heel lift on your shorter leg may resolve most issues. If not, surgery to lengthen the short tibia with external device is possible but results may not be worth the effort to get there. You really need to discuss with orthopedics your current issues with shorter leg and if they will resolve with surgery.

hi. my son taylor had virus 2 weeks ago & chest infection last week hes nearly finished amoxicillin for this. hes still sick but better. however school sent him home.he is still coughing but not as chesty i think.can't get a docs appnt. should i wait?

Depends : If he's breathing ok can probably wait until can get an appointment with doctor.  Agree worth at least a re examination of the chest.  If breathing troubles should be seen more urgently

53 year old male has facial and hand twitch tics at the same times when overly excited, its most intense when anticipating intimacy. what are possible causes? i need ideas of what it could be to convince him to see a dr?

: Would classify within a "movement disorder".  Could represent a compensated essential tremor, a forme-fruste of Tourette's, or even paroxysmal chores-athetosis, amongst some thoughts.  Unlikely to be a profound problem, but could be treated and controlled with contemporary medications.

hi my 3 year old fell at school and hit his head on the floor. left nostril was bleeding. theres no bumps yet just bruising. nose stop bleeding. teacher said he was fine he is napping now though. should i take him to dr?

Head trauma: Just need to observe x 1-2 days. Emesis, head pain or swelling or a change in
alert status warrants an MD visit. Otherwise, rest, Tylenol for pain or fever,
and observe at home. Glad the nosebleed stopped quickly, common in kids in general.

: It is a good diet which you can do on your own as well. What you would have to eat is low dairy fat, low-fat animal protein, fish, plenty of fiber with fruits, vegetables and whole grains. I typically recommend also low gluten in a diet. Basically, it is just eating healthy, buying fresh food and not processed or packaged food and always low fat with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
