Pain in early preg: One sided pain is always of concern in a early pregnancy due a concern of an ectopic pregnancy.  I suggest blood preg test, and pelvic sonogram.

Sure: If something hurts then its best not to do it. Avoid pushing on your abdomen ifit hurts and tell your doctor at your prenatal appointment.

: Your baby is fine, but you need to look after your health. You may seek support from your family, if your husband is not able to provide the support. He needs to see a doctor as depression is treatable.

My adivse is to: Get a home pregnancy test and go from there.  You sound like you could be pregnant assuming your sexually active, which I assume you are or wouldn't be asking :-)  If your worried about family and friends, share with those you trust.  If you are pregnant, it's important ot have support people in place.  Best to you and be well !

Yes: Your uterus is a muscle and it will spasm.  Make sure not peeing all the time.  If the pain goes to one side and is getting worse and you haven't had an ultrasound, get one.  The risk of a pregnancy in the tube is about 1-2/1000 but needs to be dealt with.  Otherwise generally nausea early.

Not likely : A contraction of the uterus is part of the normal process of orgasm.
