My adivse is to: Get a home pregnancy test and go from there. You sound like you could be pregnant assuming your sexually active, which I assume you are or wouldn't be asking :-) If your worried about family and friends, share with those you trust. If you are pregnant, it's important ot have support people in place. Best to you and be well !
