is it normal to feel little spasms and twitches in lower abdomen during early pregnancy. also what feelings are normal during early pregnancy. ?

Yes: Your uterus is a muscle and it will spasm. Make sure not peeing all the time. If the pain goes to one side and is getting worse and you haven't had an ultrasound, get one. The risk of a pregnancy in the tube is about 1-2/1000 but needs to be dealt with. Otherwise generally nausea early.
