No not really: You may loose water weight but no real change will take place in your actual body mass. To loose weight you must expend more energy than you take-in through your diet. Minimize the amount of carbohydrate (bread, soda, alcohol, pasta, potatoes, corn); maximize the amount of fiber (vegetables) and protein (lean meat, beans) in your diet. At the same time exercise (walk, run, bike, swim).

Not likely: Not likely.  The best way to lose belly fat and fat in general is to use up more calories than you consume.

Weight loss and DM: Diabetics are low in certain nutrients necessary for fat burning.  Magnesium, Vitamin D, chromium, alpha lipoic acid, and seleniomethionine.  Also make sure your thyroid is optimal - in diabetes there are issues with thyroid conversion, so you can not go by TSH alone.  You should have your free T3 and reverse T3 checked.  I find that I have to keep my free T3 levels above 3-3.2 for my diabetics.

Fasting back fires: As a method for weight loss. Your metabolic rate will drop rapidly in response to starvation. The slower your metabolic rate, the more quickly you are able to regain weight. To lose weight insure that calories burned &gt; calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water per day.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables ; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid.

good day , i have very bad stomach ache was told its either stomach lining infection, then ibs, then heart burn then to loose weight.. i had a baby about 11 months ago and never had these issues until after he was born . my stomach has now increased ?

Get GI consult : to rule out gastritis v. GERD. Reflux is common in pregnancy and should be carefully evaluated.

Yes: Aerobic exercise in the form of dancing will increase caloric burn an excellent and fun way to exercise. Do not allow the scale to be the only measure of success. Aerobic exercise is good for the heart and circulation. Good for over all muscle tone. Good for the lungs. Additionally common positive effect on our frame of mind.

Weight loss: Lipozene contains konjac which is a type of fiber.There are many fiber supplements that contain soluble fiber. I am not aware of any convincing studies showing it works. The thought is that soluble fiber by mouth will absorb water & the increased bulk will increase the feeling of being full, so that less food will be eaten.  The combination of appropriate diet and exercise works well.

Health blueprint: The answer lies within our own bodies. If we stop the assault of unhealthy habits, we can tap into the bodies inherent capacity to heal itself. And the best tool we have for doing that is the food we eat. Yes: All forms exercise can help you eventually lose belly fat, however if you are underwt I can't imagine that you have much belly fat! I hope you are not trying to look like the thin models in pictures that have no fat at all! Sometimes there's a little skin on the belly and when we sit down it bulges and we mistake that for fat!  It's skin!  Just follow a sensible balanced diet and exercise! :)
