Yes- usually good: Turmeric has many health benefits. It thins blood, meaning it reduces risk of blood clots & reduces blood viscosity. Thus, like aspirin, it reduces risk of heart attacks & strokes. It improves the rate of blood flow through microcapillaries, increasing delivery of oxygen & nutrients to our tissues. But if you are having surgery or have a tendency to bleed then this could be harmful. See comment:.

: Talk to your doctor about all the medications, supplements, over the counter medications, hebals etc.  It would be appropriate discuss if you should be taking aspirin,  It is unlikely that fish oil and turmeric will provide any health effects.

Moderate consumption of alcohol may have health benefits , don't  have to consume for so called this 'health benefit ' , if you can avoid , avoid it totally.

Yes: Don't believe everything you read. Both supplements could theoretically potentiate the effects of Coumadin if you are taking the stuff. Otherwise I am not aware of any direct effect of either on clotting.

Yes: Both saw palmetto and turmeric have many health benefits and are safe to take. While both have some blood-thinning properties (as do many other supplements like ginger, garlic and fish oil), it is safe to take them together. It is generally beneficial to have our blood on the thin side (thick blood tends to be a more common and serious issue than thin blood).

Yes but...: Yes but nothing is perfect. We always have to weigh risk vs benefit. If we are aggressive with anticoagulant  you are unlikely to have clots. If too aggressive you could bleed. So the proper dosing with close monitoring  is required.
