i saw my cervix, and its more likely parous but i never had child or give birth and i also seen some redness on my cervix. what does this mean?

"redness": cervix: A "parous cervix" indicates having had a vaginal delivery.  The cervix can be inflamed secondary to vaginal infections, and the resultant covering of the (visible) external cervix with cells from the internal cervical canal can give the appearance you describe. This can lead to some bleeding with sexual activity, but is not dangerous.  See your gyn provider for possible treatment.

Prolapse: Prolapse of the uterus happens as a result of gravity and vaginal deliveries. It is permanent and only changes with manual replacement or surgery.

Cervix: mid menstrual female cycle, cervix dilates minimally, has secretions friendly for sperm in seminal fluid to travel thru to get to egg in fallopian tube.

Like tip of nose: The cervix is made up of thickened tissue composed of smooth muscle and collagen. It can best be described as feeling the tip of your nose. Except for pregnancy, the cervix is normally not dilated. The natural opening is called the cervical os and does slightly dilate during menses ;however,  not enough to feel an appreciable difference. Some cervixes are midposition, some towards top or bottom.

i have redness in my cervix.is this ectropion?can i have ectropion even if i didn't take any contraceptives?or is this normal have some redness to it?

Ectropion: usually benign growth of endocervical cells to the outer portion of the cervix. The itching may be a separate issuue like a female yeast infection or low grade bacterial infections. You will need a pelvic exam and testing for infection. Cervical redness is often seen in ectropion.

my cervix is pink, but whenever i open it, end part looks reddish. i itched last night(have psoriasis near cervix). when should i be concerned? visited gyn last month (had a few coccus), ill recheck in a week. didnt have redness then?

: Were you treated for the cocci? Strep may colonize vagina - usually it is only an issue at the time of birth as it can be transmitted to  the  neonate.  May be  chronic or recurrent cervicitis-infection or  psoriasis/inflammatory.  Culture  for strep / STDs , get PAP , f/u/w/ gyn

i am 6 weeks pregnant.recently i feel cervix,not the pain but something like i did prior to menstruation.is cervix shortening?

Changing position: No, the cervix is merely changing its' position as the uterus expands with the developing pregnancy.

Mucous changes: The cervical mucous changes during ovulation and before the menstrual cycle. We usually reserve the term “mucous plug” for pregnant women who are experiencing cervical dilation before labor. If you feel your discharge is not normal for what you normally experience before a menstrual cycle then evaluation is likely needed

can a sensitive cervix cause more pain during menstruation ? no damage, just sensitive! my obgyn tells me mine is very sensitive.

Possibly: I suggest you find out what is causing such extreme sensitivity: position, infection, inflammation, cervical polyps. Her GYN can determine much information form colposcopy.
