Were you treated for the cocci? Strep may colonize vagina - usually it is only an issue at the time of birth as it can be transmitted to the neonate. May be chronic or recurrent cervicitis-infection or psoriasis/inflammatory. I think you are using the term "cervix" inappropriately, and your rash and itching may be due to psoriasis, for which treatment is available. I advise that you be examined by a trusted dermatologist. If psoriasis not the cause, a trusted gynecologist should provide an answer, since psoriasis does not "come and go."
