Conjunctivitis: Sound like you may have infectious , or allergic conjunctivitis. Try cool compresses and an otc drop like vasocon a.  If your symptoms persist you will need an exam to determine if you have an infectious conjunctivitis.

my son has vitiligo skin pigmentation , he got a big white spot on his hest, and he is swimming alot, but now there is brown small spot in that area?

Vitiligo? : Possibly not vitiligo but rather tinea versicolor, a chronic, low-grade fungal infection of the skin that presents as well-delineated patches that may have a fine scale; can be white or tan. Chlorine in pool water might temporarily resolve some of the fungus & allow the skin to tan. Fp can check diagnosis with skin scraping for fungus &/or black light (causes fungus to fluoresce yellow-green color.

have cut under big toe from brocken tile in swimming pool.it seems quite deep under flap of skin not sure if sand still in it.what should i do? thanku

Cut under toe: If the cut appears to be deep, you need to see a doctor to have the wound cleaned and sutured.  Also may need tetanus shot if you have not had one before.

Oh my.....: Teaching staff absolutely cannot dictate a girl's choice in this matter. Humiliating a girl into wearing a tampon or bleeding everywhere is unacceptable. To deter abuse of the privilege by students, a good compromise may be not an excuse from PE, just from swimming.  They can dress out in shorts/tee and sit poolside if needed to attend class.Forcible use of tampons is assault. Humiliation is abuse

my son recently lost his big toe nail in a bicycle accident. this was about 3 weeks ago. we have cleaned it every day...and wrapped it for protection. we are on holiday and he is swimming every day. is this good for the open wound?

As long as not in: Pain no need to worry. The chlorine in the pool will act as a disinfectant.

while swimming some water got in my nose but i didn't inhale it i think. also at some point i ate a big chunk of food that hurt on it's way down a bit. now i have mild chest pain and every time i take a deep breath i feel like coughing. neck tickles?

Yes: Any aerobic activity is very helpful in loosing weight. However, a low carbohydrate diet is equally as important. One will not work without the other.

Growing up: Nope. It sure helps a person be fitter. But cardio does not change your genetics.
