Oh my.....: Teaching staff absolutely cannot dictate a girl's choice in this matter. Humiliating a girl into wearing a tampon or bleeding everywhere is unacceptable. To deter abuse of the privilege by students, a good compromise may be not an excuse from PE, just from swimming. They can dress out in shorts/tee and sit poolside if needed to attend class.Forcible use of tampons is assault. Humiliation is abuse
