It can: But eye puffiness can also be a result of allergies, other infections, normal aging or hereditary conditions.  If puffiness is severe, associated with pain or vision loss go to your doctor or er asap.

Sinus: Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache.  Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it.  If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor.  It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye.  You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.

ive been getting headaches but its been getting worse since december , it feels like only to get better when i close my eyes or sleep, i went to my gp and she said its caused from acute sinusitis i feel as i need a second opinion.

Probably a good idea: If your sinusitis has been treated but you still have the same headache , this would indicate (a) the problem was not from sinusitis or (b) you did not get the right abx.  Talk to your GP first to see if she has any other idea (migraine, jaw issue etc).  If she can't help you, a second opinion would be justified.

Not ok: Tthat can be signs of a serious infection (cellulitis) that requires prompt medical evaluation.

hv bronchitis 8 wks developed into sinusitis. headache + press behind eyes. how long will this last? does it cause any vision loss? tkg.tylenol (acetaminophen) pain

Aggressive treatment: 8  weeks of  bronchitis and now sinusitis tells me that you have upper and lower respiratory systems infected or inflamed. There needs to be culture of your sputum, lab, chest and sinus xrays. 
Prolonged antibiotics  are indicated  IF there is infection.
Ancillary treatments are inhalers, decongestants , maybe steroids  and  lots of hydration.
Vision loss  is rare . Please see your physician ASAP.

No: Simple illnesses or short-lived illnesses (such as colds, the flu, sinusitis, bronchitis, or pneumonia) don't cause symptoms of dry hair. A primary care doctor can evaluate for sinusitis and suggest medications if needed.

Facial/forehead tend: Sinusitis can cause facial and forehead tenderness and other eye symptoms may be coincidental due to infection.

Sinus symptoms: Yes, infections such as this one may cause many of these symptoms.  Especially when there are flares of the infection.  Fever and sinus drainage should also be symptoms for sinusitis.
