Maybe. About a week.: Only a positive pregnancy test can tell a woman that prior spotting was actually implantation spotting. It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period.

About a week after: Conception is when your egg gets fertilized by a sperm, just after you ovulate - this happens in your fallopian tube. Implantation is when an embryo exits the tube and attaches to the lining of your uterus, about a week later. Unless a woman is doing ivf treatment we don't know the timing of these events, so we date your pregnancy in weeks from your last period, or from when you ovulate if known.

2/10: According to urine lh surge you ovulated on 2/10 and the conception should have occurred shortly after that on 2/10 or 2/11.

Lmp: All pregnancy dating is based on lmp.  So even when LMP is unknown the age given by crl assumes when LMP "should have been.  Ie about two weeks prior to implantation.  So a pregnancy is 40 weeks from LMP and 38 weeks from implantation.  All studies, all research, all dating, dating by ultrasound goes by the 40 week designation or from time of lmp.

See below: Hcg which is known as pregnancy hormone is only produced after implantation which occurs 5-7 days after fertilization. A urine pregnancy test is usually positive right around the day of a missed period

i am 3 weeks pregnant (just found out today)  & have had back pain for 3 weeks. is it possible to have lower back pain since conception/implantation?i could this be ectopic pregnancy  pain or is it to early for that??

If the pain is : getting worse, go to urgent care/ER, for evaluation. If not getting worse, talk to your doctor to be sure.

Bleeding: about 1/4 of all pregnancies have spotting or bleeding in the first few weeks of pregnancy, but you wont know if you are pregnant unless you take a test or see a doctor

Yes: Three to seven days post conception is the prime time to have implantation bleeding. Some bleeding will occur in about 25% of pregnancies, including normal pregnancies. If you develop severe pain or a marked increase in bleeding, call your OB. Hope this helps!

No such thing: That sounds like the time when a period would be starting or starting just a day or so early.  Remember implantation bleeding is a myth.  The new fetus smaller than a speck of dust does not cause bleeding when it lands on the wall of the uterus. This event is asymptomatic and not traumatic.

It can: It certainly can and you make have some additional bleeding in a few days down the road.  It might be a bit early to get a positive pregnancy though, so don't be frustrated if its negative at this time.  In addition you might be off on your day of ovulation.  Ovulalation prediction kits only predict the approximate day, they aren't exact.
