Can implantation bleeding happen 4 days after conception?

It can: It certainly can and you make have some additional bleeding in a few days down the road. It might be a bit early to get a positive pregnancy though, so don't be frustrated if its negative at this time. In addition you might be off on your day of ovulation. Ovulalation prediction kits only predict the approximate day, they aren't exact.

Could be: Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

Can you get implantation bleeding 30 days after conception?

Depends: After implantation it is possible to bleed around days 12-14 from conception because at this time is when the interchange of blood between the mother and the embryo starts. Could you be more specific describing the bleeding? Spotting? tell me a little bit more about the amount. But anyways, I recommend you to go to your OBGYN.

Yes: Three to seven days post conception is the prime time to have implantation bleeding. Some bleeding will occur in about 25% of pregnancies, including normal pregnancies. If you develop severe pain or a marked increase in bleeding, call your OB. Hope this helps!

'Implantation bleed': Theoretically implantation bleeding could do any number of things, but honestly it's unusual to have 'implantation bleeding' at all: it's usually breakthrough for another reason.
