Most of the time: Ovarian cancers grow silently with out any symptoms , a silent killer of woman , how ever few may get cramps in later stages, see your gynecologist for check up.

i am 44 years old. i have a strong family history of ovarian/breast cancer and braca2 of unknown significance. i getvery painful menstrual cramps. could i have ovarian cancer?

Painful Menses are: Not a sign of ovarian ca but need regular exams, inculding mammogram.  Depending on the chances of your variant, some consider a hysterectomy with ovarian removal.  Low dose estrogen only hormone replacement would be much less estrogen than u are making, getting off too quick can have other problems, including cv disease and osteoporosis.  If u consider ov removal, low dose hrt need 2B considered.

Left abdominal pain: Ovarian cysts are common if one is not on oral birth control, and the pain associated with it usually stops after the cyst ruptures.  See your healthcare provider for an exam and ultrasound if the pain continues.  Ovarian cancer is very unlikely to occur at age 20.

Its possible: you are symptomatic because of anxiety of cancer at an early age.. speak with your doctor or gynecologist and have an exam to allay your fears

No menstrual cycle : One does not usually think of ovarian cancer as one of the common causes of a lack of menstrual cycles. Consider seeing an Obgyn so the doctor can get a better idea of what is troubling you and then provide guidance on  the nest steps in the evaluation

i wake up fine, but by night time, i feel bloated and yesterday felt lower right side cramp type pain, the pain feels better today, but very worried about ovarian cancer, can't see doc due to quarantine.. help! praying it's just gas!! ?

Right abd pain ?'s: It is unlikely that ovarian cancer would suddenly develop at age 58, but ovarian cysts or pelvic infection can cause pain.  If the pain continues, go to the emergency room for an ultrasound and exam.

: Make sure you are not pregnant. In I’d 40,s many woman start to skip ovulation leading to irregular periods. yes - “ perimenopause”. Age of menopause can be genetic and related to lifestyle. From now on it can take another 8-10 years to reach menopause (12 months no menses).Continue healthy lifestyle, healthy nutrition - rich in calcium, take Vitamin  D. Annual physical exams.

laparoscopic salpingectomy right tube was removed, ectopic pregnancy. 5 months later i feel pain or cramps on the side tube was removed. i have an app soon but i am freaking out it could be a mass or ovarian cancer. can that procedurelead to cancer?

No: No, the procedure does not lead to cancer. Scar tissue is a possible outcome. Other underlying causes, independent of the surgery, are possible. You should schedule an exam to explore possible causes.

Cramps: At your age, I would not worry about ovarian cancer. It sound more like you have pre menstrual and menstrual cramps. Take up to 600 mg of Ibuprofen several days before your period is due to begin

Are you sure?: This doesn't sound like ovarian cancer to me. This sounds like you are going on line and trying to diagnose yourself. Go to a doctor and find out what is going on.
