does contractubex gel works on depressed scar from scratch or i can use silgil cream on it ( this is for 4 year old boy ) ?

Contratubex first: Contratubex antiinflammatory and moisturizing properties should benefit scar remodeling over time, ameliorate and blend appearance, and hopefully keep scar from entering a hypertrophic stage.  That said, silicone creams/tapes/films work indirectly by inducing a relative hypoxemia/collagenolysis thereby softening  a hypertrophic scar over time. Both require consistent, long term application.

Yes: Many products vitamin e cocoa butter steroid creams etc can be used but time is the best after two years many scars reach maximal improvement.

I bet not: This is a concoction of onion extract (!), allanoin and heparin. I'm really sorry that somebody neglected your acne and you ended up with scars. I'm not aware of any reason to think that these three basically inert substances will help. A study of post-op patients is improperly controlled.A plastic surgeon or dermatologist can use a filler, microsurgery or laser to make your scars less conspicuous

Scar Tissue: You most likely have what is called an irritant dermatitis cause by the topical medication. Try mederma or kelocote which are both used to help reduce scar tissue.

Scar prevention: "Mederma advanced scar gel is is also helpful and if you expect to be in the sun use the "Mederma" with spf protection and always apply sunscreen.

Silicone best: Absolutely. Silicone gel products work much better than mederma in my opinion and are just as easy to use. If you can't use the silicone sheets 24/7 then use a silicone gel product during the day and silicone sheets at night.

Depends: If you truly have a keloid there is really not much any of the topical scar treatments can offer.  A keloid scar is one that has growth larger than the original site of "injury." they can arise from prior surgery or even trivial injuries like an insect bite. Before you spend too much money on over-the-counter remedies i would see a plastic surgeon or dermatologist.

is it ok to use "benzoyl peroxide gel 5% " & "contractubex gel " at the same day to the same area of face ?

Acne: It would be fine to use them both on the same day. I would not use them at the same time although this would probably be okay too.
