Almond Milk: I think unsweetened almond milk would be the best choice. It is lactose free, gluten and casein free. I can't find any fructose or sucrose in it (except in the flavored varieties).  
Many children do not need milk at this age, but they do need calcium which can be obtained in other foods including calcium fortified breads, juices, cereals, as well as broccoli and other dark green leafy veg.

Many uses: I'm curious why you're taking a product you don't know the use for. The active ingredient is aloe vera gel- everything else is for flavor or preservatives. Aloe vera has many proven health benefits- it helps reduce inflammation, lowers blood sugar & cholesterol, soothes inflamed GI tracts, etc. You might look for aloe with less added sugars. See

4 cal/g: Both contain 4 cal/gram but since fructose is a bit sweeter than sucrose you can use less and therefore get fewer calories.  I suspect in a typical diet it would not really be a significant difference.

With minor: Differences, your body can easily metabolize any sugar. Glucose, fructose and galactose are all simple sugars or monosaccharides. Sucrose, maltose and lactose are all compound sugars or disaccharides. Sucrose is  formed as a combination of a molecule of glucose and one of fructose, and they are broken apart by enzymes. All are equal to 4 calories / gram.

can i use pure fruit juice/juice concentrate to sweeten dishes so as to avoid bad effect of sugar?is the fructose,glucose in fruit better than sucrose

Not really...: Sugar is sugar. That's why people who are avoiding sugar should not drink fruit juice. They are usually ok with eating small servings of fruit. Processed foods from the store that say "naturally sweetened with juice" and use grape juice (or another juice) are bad like products using sucrose. The best thing to do is to train oneself to enjoy unsweetened or only slightly sweetened foods and drinks.

i tested positive for hydrogen dominant sibo and tested positive for methane and hydrogen fructose intolerance.sucrose negative.i have postive celiac serology but negative biospies.alt(52),bilirubin(1.7),and igg slightly high.what is going on?

: Biopsy is more specific for celiac disease.
Your liver test is mildly abnormal but it has to be interpreted under the whole clinical picture. You should discuss with the doctor who ordered the test.

Milk allergy?: If your child is allergic to milk, he will not be able to tolerate lactaid, as it is still milk. You need to consult an allergist and get him tested to determine what he is allergic to, if any. He maybe lactose intolerant and that is why he can drink lactaid milk.

Confusing question: Lactaid milk more expensive because it  has the enzyme added that helps you digest lactose milk sugar, which is common in about 25% of adults. Many kids can become lactose intolerant over time or have it transiently after diarrhea.If your kid is lactose intolerant it is an easy way to get calcium into her diet. Recent studies suggest organics offer little if any benefit over normally obtained food.

Lactose intolerance: Causes gas, bloating, and diarrhea. It lasts about three hours after you drink milk. Pain two days later is not related to your drinking milk.

Smell it.
Look at it.

If you passed the date and it smells bad and looks abnormal then throw it away.

Although asking about whether your milk has gone or not, is not really a medical question is it?
