Almond Milk: I think unsweetened almond milk would be the best choice. It is lactose free, gluten and casein free. I can't find any fructose or sucrose in it (except in the flavored varieties). Many children do not need milk at this age, but they do need calcium which can be obtained in other foods including calcium fortified breads, juices, cereals, as well as broccoli and other dark green leafy veg.

Intolerance: You can use lactaid milk for lactose intolerance. Avoid fruit juices for fructose and sucrose intolerance. Soy milk may also be tried.
