I tested positive for hydrogen dominant sibo and tested positive for methane and hydrogen fructose intolerance.sucrose negative.i have postive celiac serology but negative biospies.alt(52),bilirubin(1.7),and igg slightly high.what is going on?

Biopsy is more specific for celiac disease. Your liver test is mildly abnormal but it has to be interpreted under the whole clinical picture. You should discuss with the doctor who ordered the test.
