Confusing question: Lactaid milk more expensive because it has the enzyme added that helps you digest lactose milk sugar, which is common in about 25% of adults. Many kids can become lactose intolerant over time or have it transiently after diarrhea.If your kid is lactose intolerant it is an easy way to get calcium into her diet. Recent studies suggest organics offer little if any benefit over normally obtained food.
