Anecdotal : Other than a chiropractic article in 1985 there is only anecdotal evidence that inversion therapy helps. And any benefits are temporary at best. Caution- it tends to increase your blood pressure and ocular pressure, so it’s not recommended for those with hypertension or glaucoma.

Probably the three most common causes are a problem in the shoulder itself, such as a rotator cuff tear, a problem in the neck such as a pinched nerve, or a non -musculoskeletal, referred pain to the left shoulder. Each cause has different treatments, so appropriate diagnosis is key.

You are describing: what is called a PARASTHESIA (Abnormal sensation) most likely due to a pinched nerve in your spine!!
Most of these are temporary...I would wait for a week-10days and if it does not resolve on it's own check it out with your PCP (primary care provider)

i think i have rectal prolapse. for years, whenever i pass a bm, i can feel a part of my anus hanging down. after the bm, it goes back up again. now, i think i have mucus discharge. should i be worried?

Gravity: When you hang your feet and especially when you stand your legs get about 10 percent more blood volume pooling in them.  This causes your blood vessels to dilate and you notice more of a pink color to your feet.
