Anecdotal : Other than a chiropractic article in 1985 there is only anecdotal evidence that inversion therapy helps. And any benefits are temporary at best. Caution- it tends to increase your blood pressure and ocular pressure, so it’s not recommended for those with hypertension or glaucoma.
