Yes: Pain and nxiety raise BP and increases the heart rate. They are tressors produing a catecholamine response.  Feeling relief may produce the opposite effect and that could lower bp.

Comments: Excedrin migraine may work for milder headaches, but you are far beyond that.  Your doctor could provide a triptan to stop the headache.  OTC naproxen in form of Aleve may help you as a preventative, but you would be best advised to take about 300-500 mg twice daily, but stomach side effects can occur.  Might also consider riboflavin, butterbur, feverfew, magnesium as preventatives.

Meds: Your mum has an urgent elevation of her BP that needs to be addressed right now. Medications will, indubitably, be required - very likely several simultaneously.

Developing : Developing a headache can occur after donating blood.  It is recommended that you hydrate well for 24 to 48 hours after donating blood and avoid strenuous activity for at least five hours.   If you develop  signs of a possible infection (i.e.,  fever, headache or sore throat) within four days of  donating, contact the donor center. This way in case you have an infection, the blood wonâ€™t be used and it wonâ€™t be transmitted to anyone else.

The : The cause of your symptoms could be due to multiple causes other than simply being fifty or a side effect of long term use if inderal.  Inderal is quite effective for migraines and even though marketed as a blood pressure medication, many people take it without significant lowering of blood pressure or side effects.

Although Inderal (propranolol) does not have long term side effects per se, it does have side effects that can occur immediately or wait years to occur.  It can cause depression, fatigue, low heart rate or skipped beats, low blood pressure, lung issues like asthma, low platelets, and sometimes elevated triglyceride or glucose levels.  This is not an all-inclusive list.
Anyone on inderal, like any other prescription medication, should see the prescribing provider at regular intervals for to ensure you are tolerating the medication and that  no new symptoms or side effects have occurred.   Further your symptoms should be evaluated, to ensure that you have not developed another medical problem.  Moreover,  many medications can interact with inderal.  It is very important to tell your doctor any over the counter or prescription medications you are taking.

Having stated the potential side effects of inderal,   i would not write off symptoms of some memory problems and being too Inderal despite its known side effects, or to simplyto  being fifty.

I would highly encourage that you see your provider soon for a complete evaluation of your symptoms.  I certainly would not stop the medication on your own, as this can be quite dangerous.  Your provider should help you to decide if stopping the medication is warranted after a medical evaluation.  If it is decided to stop or lower the dose, it should be supervised by your provider to prevent the potential harmful symptoms associated with suddenly stopping the medication especially after taking it for 15 years.

The safe combo: Tylenol (acetaminophen) 250mg+aspirin250mg+caffeine 65mg.
Adults should not take more than 4000mg/day tylenol (acetaminophen). For Aspirin is the same amount, 4000mg/day max dose. Consuming 300 mg of caffeine per day is safe. 
The only caution is not to exceed 15 tablets per month, avoiding medication overuse headache.
If you are concerned or experiencing serious side effects contact your pcp.

High: Oxygen is traditionally used for the treatment of cluster headaches but may be helpful for migraine. You want to use a high (12-15l/min) flow with a close-fitting non-rebreathing mask. Check with your dr. For their ok as there may be situations where you shouldn't use o2.

Yes: If you checked this pressure twice, once on each arm and this is the reading, then go to er asap. 110 diastolic at your age is hypertensive urgency/emergency. You could develop a stroke or heart attack.
