Comments: Excedrin migraine may work for milder headaches, but you are far beyond that. Your doctor could provide a triptan to stop the headache. OTC naproxen in form of Aleve may help you as a preventative, but you would be best advised to take about 300-500 mg twice daily, but stomach side effects can occur. Might also consider riboflavin, butterbur, feverfew, magnesium as preventatives.
