Stones: Most common stones are ca oxalate.  Avoid oxalate rich foods such as spinach, black tea, nuts, etc, you can find list online. You should increase your intake of citrate rich foods (lemonade). However more importantly you should increase your water intake to at least 2 l a day, also this might sound contraintuitive but you should increase your dietary calcium intake (milk and milk products).

Kidney Stones: •	Vegetables highest in oxalate and lowest in calcium a pose the highest potential risk: beat greens, rhubarb, chard, tea.
•	If oxalate and calcium levels in a food are balanced, they stay in the gut and do not reach the kidneys.
•	Dehydration, excessive vitamin C, and excess Salt contribute to kidney stones.
•	High protein, meat-rich diets are associated with more kidney stones

Stones: No. Not likely causative for kidney stones.  The risk factors for most types of kidney stones have little to do with calcium consumption. Especially short term as you've described.

Maybe: These are one of a great many popular foods that contain a lot of oxalate which is a component of many kidney stones. I've looked at the evidence and i think that warning people about oxalate in the diet is mostly protecting onesself from liability. Drinking plenty of water would probably go a lot farther to preventing kidney stones than radically restricting your diet / making a fetish.

: Increasing your intake of water would be helpful. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.  It may be useful to have the stone analyzed for composition as that may provide a clue to the cause.
