in kidney disease or kidney failure what color of urine is produced, white, pale yellow or dark urine?

Since: one effect of kidney failure is inability of the organ to "concentrate" urine a light color is more common. If however there is loss of blood via the failing kidney (as in glomerulonephritis (infection) the urine can be "smokey" or "dark in color!

Its quite: UNUSUAL to feel "Kidney Pain" unless infected or otherwise abnormal (obstruction, stones, etc)
"Foamy  and Dark" are very NON-SPECIFIC appearances for urine!@
The sharp "heart pain" is most likely NOT from your heart....people don't describe cardiac pain as pain "in or from" their hearts
THUS:" YOU NEED A VISIT TO YOUR PCP (Primary Care Provider) with whom you should discuss these concerns!

Proteiuria: No, it depends on the amount of protein.if it is only a trace you have many years of good health ahead of you. Please let a physician do a diagnostic work up to find the cause of the protein and tell you what to do to treat it and prevent kiney deterioration

Dark urine: Do you drink 80oz if water a day! The color of urine  doesn't usually corral are with " kidney pain" . Often people think any type of back discomfort is kidney pai and usually not related unless an obvious kidney stone...

Hard to tell: More likely infection but cannot rule out a stone. Either will do this and it could be both, also. Urinalysis is an easy way to distinguish. Either way need to see a provider to have appropriate management. If your ct is relatively recent you can trust it in ruling out stone disease. Then infection is probable.
