Hard to tell: More likely infection but cannot rule out a stone. Either will do this and it could be both, also. Urinalysis is an easy way to distinguish. Either way need to see a provider to have appropriate management. If your ct is relatively recent you can trust it in ruling out stone disease. Then infection is probable.
