does brushing your teach with lemon really remove stains?

Try switching: The acid in the lemon can cause damage to the enamel (if you're doing this often).  If you're trying to remove simple foods stain, try mixing a small amout of baking soda and water to make a paste, then brush with that (doesn't taste great, but it's effective). The mild abrasive in the baking soda will cleanse the stain...Again, do this within moderaton.

OH my gosh,: Please don't do that. The acid can erode your enamel.

Tooth staining : Lemon juice is very acidic and can negatively effect the enamel of you teeth!  so i would stop doing it.

Yes: Fluoride toothpastes and remineralizing pastes. I&#x27;m not sure what is available in your area. However, not that nothing can counter poor oral hygiene and poor diet, as well as foods and liquids high in sugars and acids.

i brushed my teeth once with al lemon jice for 30 sec i know it can harm enamel but can my enamel be affected from this single use .i'm vey worried?

No.  You: Should be fine assuming you are in good dental health otherwise.  Repeated usage will definitely cause severe problems.  If you are experiencing sensitivity use a toothpaste like sensodyne pro enamel.  Brush, spit out but don't  rinse for at least 30 minutes.  Make sure you are being seen by a dentist for regular check ups.  Hope this helps.

Enamel and lemon H2O: I think it is very unlikely that lemon water will affect your enamel if you wash off the residue right afterwards.

Do not use: I answered this in another one of your posts. The acid in the lemon will soften the enamel and the baking soda (which is abrasive) will then wear it away. Why not just use dental whitening products to accomplish your goals? They are peroxide based, which is natural.

No : Simple kidney cysts are more common as people age: ~25% people age 40 and 50% of people &gt;age 50 years have simple kidney cysts. Most cysts are found during imaging tests done for other reasons and  usually cause no symptoms or harm to the kidneys. No rx needed. Eating, diet, and nutrition have not been shown to play any role in causing, preventing, or treating simple kidney cysts.

i have a white layer on my tounge that doesn't go away even when i brush twice, floss, scrape my tounge and rince. it stinks! how do i remove it?

Couple Possibilities: It sounds a lot like thrush (oral candidiasis), which is basically a yeast infection of the mouth.  The white substance usually has a cottage cheese like consistency.  

However, there are other conditions which present with a white patch that match your description.  Those conditions are lichen planus and leukoplakia.  It would be best to consult with your dentist.

Squeeze lemon on fis: Lemon is a good food. There is no benefit, but no harm, in application to the face.
