Tooth staining : Lemon juice is very acidic and can negatively effect the enamel of you teeth! so i would stop doing it.

Once=no, often=yes: Acids cause calcium to be leached out of the enamel of a tooth, making the enamel more susceptible to both excessive wear and bacterial invasion(cavities). Please discuss tooth whitening with your Dentist for safe instructions. Please avoid high sugar/starch/acid food substances.
