Aspirin : Aspirin commonly causes stomach upset and can even cause stomach ulcers. If you are taking Aspirin because you have a heart condition then a medicine like Nexium may help.  If you are taking it for pain then try tylenol (acetaminophen) instead.

Very very: Unlikely unless you are highly allergic to one of them.

Probably ok: If no loss of consciousness and no current symptoms I do not think there is cause for concern. In general, head trauma such as yours, does not itself cause bleeding unless there is a predisposition for a bleed. The aspirin can cause increased bleeding when there is a cause for a bleed. In this case, with no symptoms, I think you are okay but if any symptoms arise, go to nearest ED.

Rest.: Apparently you hit your chest really hard.  If this doesn't get better with rest, see your doctor to make sure there isn't worse damage.

will it hurt to take asprin, ibuprofen,  and mobic (meloxicam) at the same time?

It could: Mobic (meloxicam) and Ibuprofen are from the same class of NSAID pain relievers. Taking the maximum dosage or higher of nsaids can lead to stomach upset, stomach/esophageal/intestinal bleeding, and kidney dysfunction or failure. Aspirin is also an NSAID but a weak one. If you are still having pain after Aspirin and either Ibuprofen or mobic, (meloxicam) see your doctor.  There are other meds available as adjuncts.

i hurt my ankle, it is the size of s grapefruit. i have aspirin and an ace bandage. anything else to help with swelling and pain?

Yes: you must elevate the ankle use local ice or ice pack, t6ake 3 advil (ibuprofen) now and get to the ER or UC clinic for x-rays. You probably have a severe sprain or fracture which must be evaluated ASAP.- Go NOW!

Pre eclamapsia: Try using enteric coated Aspirin or take Aspirin with an antacid.

Need more info: It sounds like it could be a stress headache, which often causes increased sensitivity and a vice like feeling around your head. However, it could be other things, including nerve irritation from certain nerves that can feel similar to description, but that would depend on where you feel it. An example is occipital neuralgia, which is a pain at the base of the back of your skull. See doc if cont.

i take +/- 8 ranitidine 300mg per day for my ulcer it hurts badly. i know aspirin makes it worse but have nothing else for the pain. is there any harm from the dosage i take of ranitidine?

Different med: You chould not take Aspirin or any nsaid, like ibuprofen. The better alternative is tylenol or acetaminophen. This will not affect your ulcer and will still have definitive pain relief. But if you are taking 8x 300mg of ranitidine, that is too much and you should talk to your doctor about that. There are other more effective meds for the ulcer.
