Use with hydrocortis: Use hemorrhoidal ointment with  Hydrocortisone to minimize itching. Also controlling constipation will be beneficial.

No: this would also dry and constrict the nipples which will not be good.  If you are looking to sooth the nipples try vitamin e or aloe. Wash the nipple before feeding the baby next though.

No and maybe: Only some type of surgery will get "rid" of the hemoprrhoids. Topical agents only ease some of the symptoms to a varying degree. Proper diet and fluids is the best form of management.

: Unfortunately, a surgical treatment for a thrombosed or "bulging" hemorrhoid is at least as symptomatic (painful!) as having the hemorroid itself. Topical relief for ease of uninterrupted sleep is possible with lidocaine ointment, but prep H and tucks will usually not help much.

Could be: Even tho it may seem a bit embarrassing, have it checked. Could and may be a hemorrhoid. Could also be an anal fissure. The tucks (witch hazel) pads may help, but have it looked at and treated properly instead of guessing. Be well!

Safe for use: You sound as,if you are using  the pads correctly. While the pads may not be made for vaginal use, anatomy would mean they are necessarily close. You should not get irritation or infection as you describe use.

Tucks (witch hazel) can relieve: Some symptoms, however i prefer kleenex cottonelle wipes with no witch hazel or alcohol or lanolin.
