No and maybe: Only some type of surgery will get "rid" of the hemoprrhoids. Topical agents only ease some of the symptoms to a varying degree. Proper diet and fluids is the best form of management.

I have a bleeding hemorrhoid and was told to take warm sitz baths three times a day. If the hemorrhoid (where it is bleeding from) scabs up, will the warm sitz baths make the scab come off? How can it heal using warm water? Using witch hazel too?
