Yes: The uterus is in your pelvis however if the surgeon just goes to the lower right section of your abdomen the appendix is there on the base of the right colon

Usually not: Years ago it was common to remove the appendix at the time of hysterectomy, because it was difficult to diagnose  appendicitis and so ruptured appendix occurred and was serious.  Now the ability to diagnose appendicitis is so good that the chance of ruptured appendix is lower than the risk of removing a normal appendix at hysterectomy, so appendix not removed routinely.  Unless there is a reason.

It's possible.: Usually different types of surgeons need to work together to perform these operations. A general surgeon does gallbladder removal as well as appendectomy, whereas, a gynecologist does a hysterectomy. Some gynecologist have privileges to do appendectomies as well.

can you get your skene gland removed with a hysterectomy and the appendix? it bugs me that there is another organ that is barely known and i dont want to keep it?

Hmmm....: A surgeon's motto isn't really, "When in doubt, cut it out." There are many organs in the human body. Just because an organ is less popularly known does not mean we should cut it out. Some people know a lot about cars. If they buy a new car, pop open the hood, and see a part they don't know anything about... no, they don't remove the part.

Several reasons: That cause pancreatitis , from drugs , your medications , alcohol , personal habits , small stones in your biliary ducts ( gall bladder related ) its abnormality.  Speak to your doctor will explain to you what is cause in your case.

Many possibilities..: Have you really had your ovaries removed at age 29?   If so, you must have had a serious problem.  Your pain could be related to that.  The list of things that can cause pelvic pain is quite long.  Endometriosis, Ovarian cysts, Gas in the bowels, adhesions,  Bladder problems,  Mesenteric Lymphadenitis, etc.  Pain can also be related to past sexual trauma or other types of abuse.  Best wishes!

could morcellation cause cyst to grow?

No: Morcellator is a process where large specimen turn to a mushy smaller pieces in order to safely be removed from the abdominal cavity during laproscopic surgery.it does not interfere in any of the organ . Ovarian cyst is a physiological process nobody can control.

There : There are several possibilities - either that these symptoms are related to the partial hysterectomy and may represent a complication, or that this is totally unrelated and a coincidental process.  Assuming that your mother had no previous symptoms, then i would suggest that this is related somehow to her recent surgery.  I was struck with your comment that her gynecologist mentioned that the appendix might have to be removed after surgery if there are any complications with it - did they see any problems with her appendix?  If so, then it may well be some appendiceal pathology.  Complications related to any abdominal surgery include: adhesions, infection and bleeding.  If she has an elevated white count or fever, then this may reflect infection.  Other pathologies may include gallbladder, pancreatitis, kidney stones, urinary tract infection, diverticulitis of the colon, infection of the colon related to antibiotics, such as c. Difficle colitis.

You should have your mother seen by the surgeon that operated on her.  She may need further testing such as an ultrasound or ct scan along with blood work.
