10/14 partial hysterectomy via morcellator. 8/15 right ovary had a cyst burst, twist & wrap around my appendix. could morcellation cause cyst to grow?

No: Morcellator is a process where large specimen turn to a mushy smaller pieces in order to safely be removed from the abdominal cavity during laproscopic surgery.it does not interfere in any of the organ . Ovarian cyst is a physiological process nobody can control.
