Many possibilities..: Have you really had your ovaries removed at age 29? If so, you must have had a serious problem. Your pain could be related to that. The list of things that can cause pelvic pain is quite long. Endometriosis, Ovarian cysts, Gas in the bowels, adhesions, Bladder problems, Mesenteric Lymphadenitis, etc. Pain can also be related to past sexual trauma or other types of abuse. Best wishes!
