No: Teeth are actually slightly mobile due to the periodontal ligament which holds them in place. They can be moved orthodontically when slow, continuous forces are placed on them over an extended period of time. Touching your teeth intermittently with your fingers will not permanently move them. See your dentist to have your occlusion evaluated.

Often a properly designed night guard can be very helpful to reduce the harmful effects of bruxism.
