Math, my friend.: You took .25 mgs of narcotic.  This is the equivalent of taking 250,000 nanograms.  The test threshold is 300 nanograms /ml.    It will register on the test.

Percocet : Percocet is a narcotic (opiate class) pain medication made up of a combination of oxycodone and Acetaminophen (tylenol).  It would show up in a drug test as oxycodone or as an opiate depending on the test.  Ativan (lorazepam) is a benzodiazepine called Lorazepam used for anxiety and a few other problems.  Since Ativan (lorazepam) is the brand name, it usually show up in drug tests under it's generic name Lorazepam or as a benzodiazpine which is it's class of medication.

If nothing showed up in your urine drug test and you are taking these medications daily as prescribed, you may want to call your doctor and have it repeated.

Doubtful: Most likely, you can't pass this drug test in less than 24 hours.  Percocet remains detectable in urine for 3-4 days, in blood for at least 24 hours, and in saliva for 1-4 days.

Oxycontine : Oxycontine and Percocet are basically same compound oxycodone. Only difference is oxycontine is slow releasing oxycodone and Percocet is fast releasing so if u take any of those, your drug test will be positive for oxycodone.Thanks.
