: Stone in the lower pole is not as risky as in the upper pole but it should not be neglected. You should be evaluated by a urologist. Good luck.

Yes: Noncontrast ct is the most sensitive and specific noninvasive exam for finding kidney stones. Mri (more specifically mr urogram) may find them, as well, but it is less common to order this test.

MRI: is not good for detecting kidney stones.  CT is the most sensitive imaging modality.  If the CT is performed utilizing a special renal stone protocol, only the smallest(less than 1 mm or so) stones might not be visualized.

due to kidney stones i have had 2 ultrasounds, 2 ct's and 1 mri w/contrast in past year.  if i had pancreatic cancer would one of these picked it up?

Whether the: CTs or MRI you had would be sensitive in detecting a small pancreatic cancer would depend on the technical parameters of the scans, so without additional information it is difficult to say.  Large tumors would not be missed, small tumors might not be detectable if the scan was tailored for other purposes.

having pain in groin area and around testicles after stretching out groin for martial arts. went to e.r did mri and urine test. no hernia visible but blood in urine. diagnosed with kidney stones. been 3 weeks still hurting in groin.

Not convinced : MRI of whatever doesn't usually see kidney stones unless large. If MRI was for muscles or hernia ok. CT for kidney stones. Also the CT would help evaluate the kidney for trauma. See a doctor sooner than later

It : It depends on the size and characteristics of the adrenal mass and any symptoms you may have from the mass.  Larger adrenal tumors should be evaluated and often removed.  Smaller masses that have characteristics of a benign (non-cancerous) adenoma on ct scan are often observed, but may be removed if they produce abnormal amounts of hormones.  Functional adrenal adenomas can cause high blood pressure, which can be reversible if the adrenal mass is removed.  If you are concerned, you should get a second opinion.

Urology visit: You have told me very little about the nature of the pain, but referred pain to one side of the shaft is common. Even if we do not find the cause, a nerve block may help. Good luck.

Radiation: That amount of radiation will not increase risk of breast cancer, it can affect the fetus if you are pregnant.
