Pain and nausea: Gallstones can cause upper abdominal pressure discomfort with gas and bloated feeling after eating, may get upper abdominal pain and nausea, sometimes vomiting. Worse after eating some fatty or greasy foods. Pain can go into the right upper abdomen.

Swelling stomach: Gall bladder issues can't usually be seen outside the body like that as likely as bowel gas causing bloating. If it's painful you could have an obstruction and that'd bean emergency.

Not likely: Gallstones usually are in the gallbladder, and are not exposed to stomach acid.  If a gallstone made its way out of the gallbladder and into the intestine, and there is no sign of blockage from the stone, it likely passed out of your body through the stool.

Variety of reasons: Spasm of muscular sphincters or obstruction of the common bike duct due to other causes may cause symptoms similar to a gallstone attack. You should discuss these symptoms with your surgeon.

Depends on problem: I the gallstone is symptomatic, the only treatment is surgical removal of the gallbladder. Greenish flui in the stomach is normal.

There can be many sources of upper abdominal pain Not associated with eating but the most common are gastroesophageal reflux and gastritis or duodenitis. These can be diagnosed with endoscopy. Gastroenterologists and general surgeons are the best to evaluate this.
