i have a small cut on both eyelids that developed suddenly. they'll heal and then tear again- it's a vicious cycle. i don't know what this is about..?

Eyelids abrasions: Do these "cuts" occur on both upper and lower eyelids, right and left?  You may have dermatitis of the eyelids or allergy to make-up or some other product you are using on the eyelids. I suggest that you make an appointment with an Ophthalmologist/Oculoplastic surgeon for further evaluation and management.  I hope this helps.

eyelids feel heavy and i'm seeing blurry after using artificial tears?

Gel drops?: Did you use a gel forming tear drop?  This is a tea drop that is designed to form a gel on the corneal surface to coat the cornea.  Usually used just before sleeping.  Can blur the vision and not recommended for daytime use.

i have  a bump on my lower eyelid near the place where tears come from what is it is it safe

This : This may be a chalazion or hordeolum.  If red and painful it likely represents the a localized infection of and oil gland within the eyelid (hordeolum).  Some people call each of these conditions "styes."

you can use warm compresses to help for spontaneous resolution.  If this does not do the trick, a trip to your eye doctor may be in order.  Courses of medications or incisional surgery can help.

There can also be other growths on or near the eyelid - most are benign.  Your eye doctor would have the benefit of having magnification (slit lamp exam) when evaluating these lesions.

Depends on sutures: at least 3-4 weeks... keep area lubricated and check with doctor

my tear duct is blocked and required a surgery. but i am intending to have upper eyelids plastic surgery before my tear duct surgery. is it safe ?

It is safe!: Different parts of the eyes, and depending on the surgeon will determine which order it will be done. It's in different sections of the eye/nose complex, and the other is eyelids. The eyelid surgery will involve swelling post op, and the nasal lacrimal duct may have some congestion, but the tears will now drain properly instead of down your cheeks. Good luck!

i have a large lump on my sclera. it can't be seen by inverting the eyelid, and doesn't respond to pataday, tears, or compresses. it is solid and hurt?

Needs exam: Is it near the cornea, white with small blood vessels? This would be a pinguecula or pterygium. If blue tint or darker it is more of a concern. Either way you need an eye exam by an ophthalmologist.

i'm 6 months post lasik surgery but i still have pain in my eyes usually during sleep on my eyelids with excessive tears but not always. why?

Tearing: Tearing is often a manifestation of dry eyes which is very common after LASIK. Use artificial tears ears and consult with your surgeon.

i woke up this morning and my eye is so painful. the pain is on the top eyelid and tear duct area. i can't even touch it and it hurts to blink?

Eye Pain: Eye pain can be a sign  of inflammation or infection. It could also be a manifestation of some other serious condition. You should get this looked at by a doctor, preferably today, before  it gets  worse.

i scratched my inner eyelid i bled one tear then rinsed my eye out with cold water my eye hurts very little and its a little swollen what do i do?

Trauma: If there is no redness or visual disturbance you could continue cold compresses for another 24 hours and then switch to warm compresses. See your physician if symptoms persist or worsen.

Not sure it's a good: idea. If the stye is infected, this may affect your lens being contaminated. Best to check with your eye doctor during exam by slit lamp microscopy first. That's the best.
