It is safe!: Different parts of the eyes, and depending on the surgeon will determine which order it will be done. It's in different sections of the eye/nose complex, and the other is eyelids. The eyelid surgery will involve swelling post op, and the nasal lacrimal duct may have some congestion, but the tears will now drain properly instead of down your cheeks. Good luck!
