Reflex: Testing the Biceps reflex, &amp; checking the function of the C5-C6 nerve roots, also the Triceps reflex.

Topical/Oral MMJ?: Rsd is a complex disorder which is really poorly understood. I know of no good alternative treatments which can be self-administered. As an osteopathic physician and pain doctor, i've seen quite a lot of rsd patients. Some respond to meds, some to osteopathic manipulation. Quite a few respond to topical or ingested medical marijuana. If legal in your state, it could prove quite helpful to try.

my friend has acid reflex disease and pukes up everthing she eats.there's no doctor that'll accept  her insurance & shes really hungry, what can we do?

Emergency room: When someone sounds like your friend, they are sufficiently affected by their problem to believe they need emergent/urgent care.  They cannot be turned away from the er by law.  Than call your friends insurance company directly and find a participating doctor.

i have fibromyalgia. i don't know if there's any connection, but at a recent physical, i did not have a left patellar reflex. the doctor didn't say anything, but it is a concern.  can fibro affect this?

Loss : Loss of a reflex is common and may (or may not) represent a problem such as a pinched nerve (sciatica) in the lower back.  However, i know of no association between loss of a reflex and fibromyalgia.

i tested high on uric acid in blood and my doctor said something about positive reflex?

Unrelated: There is no reflex testing associated with a test for uric acid. Ask your doctor to explain his/her statement. An elevated uric acid level does not require any treatment unless there is a history of gout or kidney stones.

Need clarification: I don't understand your question "for how long can that be normalized?" 6.25 is slightly high for both TSH &amp; FreeT-$ but you don't say to which test the 6.25 value refers.  Since the 6.25 value doesn't represent an emergency situation in either case, I recommend that you keep your doctor's appointment and get clarification at that time.

Continue +: I would recommend to continue the medication, but do followup with your physician by phone or in the office soon.  There are other possibilities that must be considered - especially if the medication is not working well.  If the pains get severe, go to the emergency room.  Otherwise see your regular physician. You might want to keep a log of your symptoms to take back with you.

Elevated TSH: this is indicative of low thyroid or hypothyroidism.  This can easily be treated with typhoid replacement hormone.  This is a little pill you take everyday.  As you thyroid normalizes it should not affect your fertility.
