Continue +: I would recommend to continue the medication, but do followup with your physician by phone or in the office soon. There are other possibilities that must be considered - especially if the medication is not working well. If the pains get severe, go to the emergency room. Otherwise see your regular physician. You might want to keep a log of your symptoms to take back with you.
