Maybe, or not: There are several variables which effect the amount of cotinine, the byproduct of nicotine, which is measured.  Second hand smoke may cause an elevation of the cotinine level.  A big time heavy smoker, may have an evaluated level of weeks.  Since even second hand smoke can elevate the cotinine, the issue of passing a test depends on the cutoff level from the tester.

No nicotine: If you did not take any nicotine, either by smoking, chewing, gum or patches, you should pass the test.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Maybe...: But worry about the metabolites, which can persist in your system for an extended amount of time.  How long depends on you and your ability to enzymatic clear the chemical.

Should be all gone: If you meant nicotine gum when you said  mentol cigarette, it should be all gone after 28 days.

Lets review your que: I swab test is more accurate than a urine, and usually can dectect smoking up to two weeks. Uine checks a breakdown product and with those with fast metabolism they can be nictotine negative in just 2 days.
If your company really wants to confirm your test they can ask for a hair sample which is the most accurate, but more expensive test and can detect use up to a month after smoking.

Vessels: Nicotine stimulates blood vessels in the head (and heart.) when you tamper with the size of the vessels you can get headaches. If these are bad and if they persist see a doctor. But you are addressing the most dangerous problem, smoking at all. Don't let the pain stop you from stopping smoking and lowering your risk of all kinds of cancer and heart and brain disease.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

i've stopped smoking today and i have a nicotine test next tuesday i smoke frequently before will i pass the test ?

Not likely: oral swabs stay positive for the longest of the body fluids, and generally become negative before one week. Blood and urine are generally negative after 3-4 days.  Congrats on stopping smoking, and I hope it isn't JUST for the test but for your health. It's one of the best decisions any smoker can make!!  Good luck.
